我国海洋资源丰富,国家高度重视海洋强国建设,大力发展海洋经济,多措并举推动海洋事业的发展。随着移动通信从4G向5G发展,对于海域超远距离覆盖场景,5G与非地面网络融合的地空一体智慧海洋网络是重要技术趋势之一。针对海上典型业务需求,深入研究5G海洋网络覆盖存在的痛点问题,并分析基于非地面网络的蜂窝网络回传能力,探讨地空一体智慧海洋未来发展策略。
Abstract:China is rich in Marine resources, and the state attaches great importance to the construction of a maritime power, vigorously developing the marine economy and taking multiple measures promote the development of marine affairs. With the development of mobile communication from 4G to 5G, for the ultra-long-distance coverage scenario in the sea, the ground-air integrated intelligent Marine network that integrates 5G with non-ground networks is one of the important technological trends. According to the typical business needs of the sea, the pain points existing in 5G Marine network coverage are deeply studied, and the cellular network back-up capability based on non-ground networks is analyzed, and the future development strategy of the ground-air integrated smart ocean is discussed.
